Hide and go Seek (Amon/Lillith/Gil/Venom)

Along with the Nar Shaddaa, the Smuggler's Moon, this is the home of the Hutt species, and a den of scum and villainy like no other.

Nepenthe gave them the answers that they had been looking for finally, she had let some random person take a look for hidden information about her in her datapad? That didn't make any sense, not without a reasonable connection - they had been hesitant to even ask Gil-ch for help with it. Was there something else going on here? Her disposition had taken a turn as well, as if she was trying to match his own mood in the moment despite her body language, "You might be right about that," he told her his tone warning of any further attempted infraction. The power that he had found to heal himself still surged through his body, not as potent as he had felt it while in the moment but still more than enough to entice his temper to the point of action.

His mind entertained the thought of her punishment, what would he do to her? The obvious choice was to use some sort of whip as he had seen done to Xanathe and Iskrin on the planet of sand; however there were other ways to inflict retribution on someone - a common Sith technique open to him was electrocution but if it needed to be less... severe then something more standard was always possible. Pain wasn't the only way you could motivate someone to avoid making mistakes in the future, he meet her gaze his eyes hard and unforgiving, seeing her ego looking back at him and staring it down. Part of him saw Lilith in her right now and he'd have liked nothing better than to exact his anger out on her.

Amon had no interest in going after whoever this 'Eye' person was, they were clearly no actual danger to Nep from the way she told it. In fact, they might have been friends with how much they apparently were helping each other. He didn't voice these suspicious thoughts to anyone but was starting to doubt the validity of his decision to place faith in her, "Who knew being your master would be such a chore," he commented as he continued his departure. He was done here.

Gil gave no response, he could see the top of the building she was talking about and his form blurred for a moment before ceasing to exist where it had been when he asked the question of Amons pet. He didn't have time to waste, if they had been watching like her self given nickname seemed to imply - she wouldn't be sticking around for long. Assuming she had any interest in her own self preservation even though his intent to find the woman wasn't homicidal.

He reappeared on the roof of said building, his eyes raked the surrounding area for anyone at all, he could see, smell or hear anyone even with his enhanced senses. That told him that either they had run a lot sooner or had some sort of stealth generator and/or training. He could see the city lights in the distance, lighting the darkness even in some parts that had no light source themselves, once upon a time he had liked climbing to high places and just looking down on the world. Seeing people and animals move like ants as they all went about their own business for their own reasons, all of their plans colliding and smashing together as they met for better or worse.

However, just like how it always found a way - there was always a sign with life, a strength of connection to the universe that preceded everything else. On a planet like this the spider web of connections was unfathomably complex, the events and actions of Nar Shaddaa sending vibrations and tremors through itself breaking some strands away while connecting others. The eldest Fallenstar pulled at these threads, seeking a favorable response from the one that would lead him to what he wanted to find.

Then he found it, disappearing once more and reappearing some distance away from the complex but there wasn't anyone else here? A false trail? No, he could still tell there was life here but it didn't want him to know that. Whatever she was using to conceal herself, it wasn't a conventional method of remaining undetected. "I know you're here. Let's not make this harder than it needs to be," he said to the apparent empty silence - his words extending into the darkness like an olive branch.
"The presence of a Fallenstar,
If you could convince the Order of their survival,
It would tremble in fear,
The name itself is power."

Losing her memories and regaining them would be quite the chore, more than she even realized. The fact she imprinted on him didn't help that fact either, as she did learn more about imprinting while she was with the other female. Something she might not have known before the memory loss even. She didn't voice what she learned however, her masters anger was too apparent for her to share her thoughts and knowledge right now but she would in the future. She promised after all to disclose everything she knew to him, and she would do that for her master.

She observed Gil-ch disappear, blurring out of sight as it was another strange thing she has observed him do. She turned her head and followed her master back, likely to the ship as she was dreading what her punishment would be like. Visibly tense as she fought her more or less hostile urges though none of them were towards her master. It isn't possible for them to be, but that didn't matter at the moment. She'd need a moment to herself when everything is said and done to organize her thoughts and new information.

"Pets are quite the responsibility."
She said commented back. She wanted to say more but she held it back, scolding herself for the words that would have came after. The thoughts of him being able to handle her coming to mind as she wanted to challenge him. It wouldn't be wise, and almost dangerous. Where did this sudden hostility come from anyways? Was it from the sight of her mother? Her own nature? A mix of these things or something else entirely?

She shifted her hands into the pockets of the tunic and lightly ran her finger over what was inside the left pocket. She had almost forgotten she had it, slowing her pace to pull it out. A plain black collar with Amons name stitched in red like his eyes in calligraphy. The quality pretty decent, was quality but the girl got it for her...probably to make her more complacent now that she thought of it. She looked over it for a moment while she followed Amon silently as they departed the place before she put it around her neck and buckled it on at the back.

Venom was strolling in the dark in her natural form, long sandy blonde hair with neon green tips. Ebony skin and green eyes that looked like green pools with a faint blue outline in the black of her eyes. She wearing a red vest with a black tank, long pants, and arm warmers that cut off half way up her biceps.

She was just going to walk home...well not her home but home none the less. Would be surprised how many homes she has when she pretends to be a cat or any other house pet on Nar Shaada. She can get quite spoiled sometimes if she lets herself, and she has a few favorite places to go because of it. She was debating on which home to go to when she saw him suddenly appear in front her, his back facing.

Well this was interesting...

How did he find her so easily? Or get so close to finding her to be better accurate. Being able to stealth so easily had it's advantages clearly as if she wasn't able to hide so absolutely she'd probably be quite frightened. His sudden appearance had made her heart jump and adrenaline pump in the process. Messing with this one would not be wise, that is for sure an she didn't want to piss him off, at least not any more than she likely has.

She repeated his words in her head once she had given herself a second. She wasn't sure what he would have done if he did see her right away...she shuttered at the thought. He didn't seem particularly friendly, nor hostile when he spoke, but that didn't really mean anything. Didn't need to be any of those things to have bad intentions, she knew better than that but she had to reward his efforts.

She moved around him silently, looking at him at an angle and deciding where she wanted him to hear her voice, and decided to threw her voice to being right in from of him by a few inches. "Well, you've impressed me again Gil, may I call you Gil?" She asked with a smile in her voice that sounded relaxing like a waterfall and radiated confidence even though she was actually very nervous. She was good at hiding her emotions though, nearly a professional on that.

Gil-ch reached out in front on him where the voice originated, she wasn't there despite what the voice told him. It had made his heart jump, not expecting only inches from his face but he was made of sterner stuff than that. However all that told him that was she could make it sound like she was somewhere she wasn't - if he hadn't known better he'd have assumed something similar to what Nepenthe had of him upon first encounter.

"I tend to do that." Gil-ch replied flippantly, he could taste her now - the energy of their life like a candle in the empty Nar Shaddaa streets. The air around them grew cold as Gils patience wore down a little more, why was everyone making things so difficult recently? It wasn't like he was even really trying to kill them but they just couldn't figure that bit out and it wasn't like they were going to believe him.

Turning from the 'voice' having not picked anything up there - his vision now fell obtusely from to his side, breathing in the air but getting no scent. It would seem that there was a lot of scentless persons around recently, however; it wasn't that which guided him now - he felt if he stuck out his tongue, he relished her essence on the air - stalking the sensation to it's source slowly, one turn at a time. He made a point to keep his face passive despite the excitement he felt at his closing in.

"You just did call me that," he added noting he failed to address all she said.

Amon walked.

He walked some more and his footsteps were hard on the ground avoiding main streets because he was liable to kill the first moron who bumped him. The silence since Nep had spoken felt like it lasted longer than it probably did, he knew this sort of silence however, the same one that fell over his interactions with his own master; he could tell Nepenthe was hiding something from him, her demeanor had changed beyond that of being merely scolded and into the realm of tension - which meant she was either angry or afraid and she didn't seem afraid. "Yes, I noticed," he replied.

On his journey here he hadn't taken much note of the world around him as he had been intent on getting to what he had thought was an ally in danger. As it turned out, there was no danger and they hadn't even been held against their will; in fact they might as well have been hanging out with a friend from the way it sounded. It left him with a feeling that resembled betrayal, he looked back at her to see her new accessory and finally noted that the clothes she wore were the ones he gave. Was that his name on... Shouldn't it have been her name? Wasn't that how collars worked? Through his seething he still noted the message her outfit sent, the same message she sent to him when the subject of loyalty came up.

"A collar," he stated coming to a stop, "where did you even get that?" It was a simple thing, plain and primitive but he hadn't seen her make it even though he supposed it was possible. It served as a stark reminder of what she had told him, so much so to even cool his head - but the question stood. "Did this friend of yours find any of these 'hidden' files?" hadn't she thought of the possibility she was being duped? "Is that who gave you that collar?" he asked, figuring that he'd have to - she was the type.

"This is true, but doesn't mean you like it." She pointed out, moving to a different spot quietly, moving back behind him and around to the opposite corner of where she had stood and threw her voice in the spot she was standing in the first time. "Did you come to talk or were you hoping to catch me by surprise and kill me?" she questioned, examining him up close, wanting to get a good look at him with her own eyes. "Your lack of attempt at conversation makes me think the later." she whispered, making it sound like she was over his shoulder and talking in his ear.

Long black hair, green eyes, tall and intimidating...cute and oddly colder just by standing near him. Not worrisome at all, maybe he was a ghost, a poltergeist to be exact. Got cold around them when they had malicious intent from what she understood but he wasn't a ghost, she knew that. He was fundamentally different from one but he reminded her of one, that's for sure. "Or are you that focused on finding me with your strange abilities?" She asked, this time her voice from the source and moved to a different spot, right in front of him where she threw her voice the first time.

She had to question why he came after her, no one did that unless they wanted to hurt her. A few did under the guise of friendship, a few others wanting an ally or someone they could contact should they need information or need someone to find information on something. She only got as far as business however, any closer than that was quite the risk on her part. Not that she wasn't taking a risk just by standing so close but she was just so curious about him.

She was close enough to catch his scent as well, the 5'2 female taking a small note of it. Contrary to popular belief she had a scent too, but she hid it when she needed to hide like this. No dog was going to track her, especially not theirs, she didn't give Nepenthe a scent to remember anyways, at least not the correct one.

As they silently walked she felt herself feeling drained, even tired as she lost the energy to angry and just plain sad. She didn't know what her master thought of her at this moment and she could feel something was quite different with her. Wasn't only the memories, it couldn't make her this weird could it? And was she really a lot of responsibility? She could feed and take care of herself, she even ate a few people while she was out so it wasn't a problem. She was probably less demanding than any pets he ever had, assuming he ever had one as no one had to feed her when she was planet side..though when they traveled it might have been a problem. She had a huge appetite, enough to eat for the 3 of them in a day plus some.

Her thoughts were interrupted when he stopped with his statement, looking up at him puzzled for a moment. She blinked a few times and touched her collar. "She got it for me. Saw me looking at it by the window and struck up conversation with me." She answered, looking back down at his feet. "She isn't my friend, but she did find a hidden file." She informed, pulling out her data pad and tapped away to find it and handed it to him.

"This report presents the data and conclusion on the Murez abominations:" Was how it started, and below were a charts and bar graphs about each Murez and including Nepenthe. Comparing abilities, intelligence, aggression, loyalty, imprint level and force-sensitivity. Along with what race their birth mother is. Nepenthe being the only one with a parent whom was a Jedi weapons master.

There were over several variations and types of Murez's as all of them turned out to be any more intelligent than an 8 year old and each bar showed a direct correlation between aggression and intelligence, the more aggressive they less intelligence except in the case of Nepenthe whom grew smarter over the years along with her age and only stopped updating a 100 years ago with a conclusive note.

"After several hundred years we can assume with the exception of Nepenthe and no conclusive data as to why, Murez's are too aggressive to put in the field. After the loss of the imprint they cannot be controlled and must be put down and even the ones who imprint with them aren't guaranteed to control them. The imprint only makes it so the one imprinted won't be harmed, provided they don't provoke the Murez but it's otherwise useless as there is no correlation between loyalty and the imprint.

i advise terminating all Murez's and starting on focusing on a quality sith rather than an army of dogs that may or may not obey their master. They are powerful but they are loose cannons. Along with the limited life span of your soldiers, it's just a matter of time before you lose all of them to their aggressive tendencies."

Re: Hide and go Seek (Amon/Lillith/Gil)

Postby Amon Fallenstar » Tue Apr 03, 2018 6:48 am

Amon massaged his temples after reading the message on the datapad that this frie- person had found on her datapad. There were still the concerns of why she was trusting strangers she didn't consider her friend with personal property that apparently held such sensitive data. He couldn't tell if she was naive, stupid, doing it on purpose or something else entirely. Whatever the case she also failed to recognize that the gift could be more than that, had it been tampered with somehow? "So let me get this straight," he started leaning against a nearby rail, "You let some stranger, not a friend, buy you something that could have a tracker in it - then look at you datapad for hidden information on your identity?"

As time was passing he was beginning to feel his shoulder ache deeply right where he had been cut, inspection revealed nothing to be wrong but it was as if there was some sort of ghost wound there. The opposite of phantom digits almost. "Can you trust this information? How do you know this isn't something they put there? This stuff is... pretty damning. It's basically a kill order." It mentioned her specifically to the affect that she some sort sort of exception, but then again if the integrity of all this was in question he wouldn't jump to any conclusions just yet.

It did in his mind feed the notion that she was hiding some for of negative emotion, it seemed to be a ghost of what it had been when he had first observed it but that could just mean she was better composed. If this datapad was to be believed his days were practically numbered with Nepenthe around - he thought back to her question about betrayal and killing. "Like you're the I should be worrying about betraying me, it practically spells it out." This was absurd, the whole situation was a mess and he had paid for it, "So do you trust this 'not friend with gifts' and the information they apparently 'found'?" he asked - still debating whether to ask her to take the collar off.

There they went, assuming he was trying to kill them. It was really hard not to sometimes with how the all behaved, or maybe just a little subjugation but that would be counter productive to the point that he wasn't here to harm someone. A frustrating polarity in the way these sorts of things worked - whoever this woman was she had knowledge of what had happened at the factory and seemed one step from doing the same thing his opponent there had done. "If I wanted you dead, you'd be dead."

He ignored the direction of the voice now knowing better than to trust it and kept his attention on the presence of her he knew to be true. It was stronger now, as she dipped into the Force to project her voice she connected to the very thing she was trying to remain hidden from. He turned on his heel to face where she was standing, looking right at where he'd felt her energy originate as if looking through her; then in an instant he was barely a few inches from her - breath hot and shallow despite the chill that came from his being. He couldn't see her, hear, sense or smell her but he reached out as he had done when she had first thrown her voice and this time he found contact.

"And now what's your working theory to why you're still alive?" he asked as he realized he had no idea where he was touching this person and also where to look for their face as he spoke, he defaulted to looking downwards a short distance and then took a step back; more for his own sanity than any respect for whoever this person was. His use of his space bending abilities left him with a craving to indulge his darker desires, even as he ripped the Force apart to do his bidding, the act took it's toll on him in that form and he couldn't afford to recklessly indulge like that. It didn't help that he had been looking forward to draining Lilith before she had fled and now he was in close proximity to someone else who was Force Sensitive, he felt as if something, somewhere was trying to wear his will down and break him into giving in or maybe that's just what he told himself to myself himself feel better about how hard he found resisting to be.

Clearing his throat and letting his hands fall to his side, he kept his eyes on where he had felt her, "my abilities aren't... conducive to conversation post use," he said carefully, his words measured and chosen well, "I'd much rather they not be necessary."

It would tremble in fear,
The name itself is power."

She looked at him annoyed, quite upset by his accusations and questioning her intelligence but she kept her voice controlled. "I watched her buy it from the store for me without her touching it, and I checked to be sure there wasn't anything on it just to be safe. As for the datapad she told me things I could confirm without me saying anything. She knew who I was before I even introduced myself, and she knew more about me than I did and that included who my mother is. So yes, I allowed her to look at my datapad. As for the information presented...it makes sense." Her voice trailed and looked back at the ground.

"The Jedi wanted to kill me and if they read that too, it would explain why." She hesitated before saying more as she knew she wasn't helping her case against it. However, she said she would disclose her secrets and she wouldn't lie to him. Ironic that it felt that if she kept being so truthful she seemed to look more dishonest. "My father left a skeleton crew soon after that report was sent and took most everyone, leaving a skeleton crew and me to guard Lillith. Something to do with transferring to a new location but he probably had them all killed if he did what the report suggested." She wouldn't put it past him if he did, he didn't have attachments to any of them.

"It fits the time frame...and if he wanted to kill me, allowing the Jedi to find our location while he was gone would work, getting Jedi to kill me instead of him would be easier. If they also found out what Lillith is they would kill her too." She stared at his feet for a moment before looking back up at him. "Do I trust her, no but I can't deny the possibility of this being there in the first place. I find a pilots fear of me hardly compelling in comparison to a report that backed it up. It's a cruel thing to deny someone air." She stated, as she would have done the same thing to him had she had her memories instead of just pulling him in half.

"I said I wouldn't betray you and no matter what we find and what I remember; I will be loyal to you and not harm you." She felt herself get nervous, ears burning as she began to feel rather sick suddenly. She moved her hand to her stomach but she kept herself standing despite the dizziness that had suddenly struck. She giving herself a second before she spoke to recover from the wave of nausea, covering her mouth. "I'm an abomination with amnesia, my past is not pretty to find out peace by peace and it all isn't going to make sense until I have all of them. Being on a prisoner transport and just looking at me, you wouldn't expect my past to be rainbows and butterflies as I am a nightmare that you keep in the dark." She closed her eyes, her hand sliding to her side from her mouth as she breathed, the moment passed and looked up at him.

"We should get back to the ship." She suggested, changing the subject; approaching him and took his hand with both of hers and held it semi-tightly. Staring at it with bitter sadness as her eyes welled up for a moment before she pushed them back with a shake of her head. She wishing she could make him understand how much she cares for him but conveying emotions she could not do with words. "You can decide if you still want to keep me and if I'm worth your time when you're home." She said softly, pulling his hand to her chest and nuzzled it lightly, before kissing his knuckles.

She blinked a few times, unsure of what to do for a moment as she froze. He was so close, able to feel his breathe and felt his hand on the center top of her chest, fingers near her throat. She warm in comparison to the air around him as she really didn't know what he was here still, he didn't say as finding her wouldn't really make a difference if he wasn't going to do that. He had the capability to kill her, but there were fates worse than death and that too was a possibility. Of course, if that was his goal he didn't have to be so civil about it...suspicious but interesting guy. "Working theory is that you want to see whom you will give a slow and painful death."

She stared up at his face, looking at his eyes as he didn't know where to look at her. His eyes on her forehead rather than her but he was pretty close. She observed him step back, a shiver running up her spine as something about him rubbed her the wrong way. He was strange, and didn't understand what was driving him. Her speculations were clearly off so she couldn't really assume anything with him and that made her a bit uncomfortable. She's dealt with a lot of Sith and Jedi before and every force user except for a few and only the few who were neither were a bit less predictable.

She felt his hand fall to his side, eyes on her chest which made her blush slightly but reminded herself he couldn't see her. Pervert, putting her hands on her, even if he didn't know where it was at. "Well that answers that question..." She sighed, her voice low as she spoke to herself. "Very well." She pouted, eyes cast to the side with a slightly annoyed expression but her voice sounded like she was just accepting his request. She looked at him with a neutral expression, blush gone as she let herself be seen in the blink of his eyes. Her expression a mix of curiosity and suspicion at him.

"You see me now, happy?" She asked, placing her hands on her wide hips as she looked up to him with her short feminine frame, her neon green tipped cat ears twitching slightly. She fighting them to not shift to the side to show she was anxious, she wasn't the type to admit her feelings so easily to a stranger. She had the scent of a flower, the type would be hard to pinpoint as it was a faint and gentle scent that made one rather sleepy. She felt slightly uncomfortable, only because she was showing her real self to someone else but it wasn't like it mattered. She could change everything about herself but she felt naked showing it to someone who wasn't part of her upbringing. "Finding me isn't necessary to get me to reveal myself but you did anyways." She informed, noting his...struggle? She wasn't sure but it seemed to be a bother to him.

She decided to call him Gil-ch since he didn't say if he minded being called Gil or not. She couldn't tell how serious of a person he was and he wasn't answering any of her questions regarding what he wanted with her or his preferences. Him answering those questions in the first place might have made her more willing to show herself but no, he had to find her first. "Which by the way, ask a girl on a date before touching her chest or at the very least buy her a drink." She added with a smirk and a wink after brushing her hair on both sides of her face behind her ears. "So, how may I help you Gil-ch besides giving you tips on womon?" She asked, giving him a once over.

Re: Hide and go Seek (Amon/Lillith/Gil)

Postby Amon Fallenstar » Wed Apr 04, 2018 9:37 pm

As it turned out Nepenthe had reasoning for everything he asked, he didn't like it though from the way she made it sound it was like this other person had all of the information on her before even meeting her. That meant that either she had informants and inside knowledge or was directly involved somehow, which would make her as much as a potential problem as her mother had just proved herself to be - assuming his father hadn't decided to go after her as well.

She repeated her point about her loyalty to him as once more as he had thought about it before himself. So far her story about how she had behaved during the whole encounter wasn't anything immediately suspicious, in fact, it seemed like she had even maybe been more cautious than he had given her credit for. Through all of the mess however one thing was noted, they had a lot more information now as the story of Neps past slowly began to resemble more and more of a complete picture - it wasn't a picture that Amon imagined would have sold well however, generally people preferred their art to contain less death.

So the working theory was that her father had tried to have both her and her mother killed in some off handed way and had failed; considering that one was with him now and the other had just tried to kill him. So what did that mean that the last member of her family was going to return to finish the job? Sounded like he should have done that to begin with, it was something his father often complain about when he had to do anything, the fact that unless it was taken care of personally - it wouldn't get done properly.

Then she took his hand in both her own, feeling her fingers caress his own he looked back at her again with a heavy sigh when she suggested continuing their return to the ship, "I thought you were in danger..." he told her diverting his eyes from her as he spoke, he felt her kiss his hand as if in some gesture of submission and lean against his chest. His heart had slowed from his battle now but he still felt the sweat and blood drying on his clothes and skin at the same time, the pain in his shoulder was getting worse as well prompting him to take her suggestion of returning back to the ship. "Yeah, let's go," he grunted as he felt another stab on pain from his injury when he brought his body to movement.

"Much better and see? I'm not killing you slowly or painfully. Who has the time for that?" Gil-ch replied as the person revealed themselves to be a woman, she appeared mostly human; her skin was dark like his opponents had been, hair even similar lengths but the color contrast could not have been more obvious. The green and yellow of this womans hair making it stand out even in the dim light, it was a good thing she had her ability to hide because with hair like that it wasn't happening otherwise. She was small, at least smaller than he had expected about the same size as his previous opponent, the one who apparently had been sent by this girl.

Was she flirting with him? That wasn't something that had happened in a long time, mostly because of the company he kept and places he traveled or perhaps it had been a lot longer than he had thought since he last interacted properly with the people in the galaxy. He tried to search his mind for the last connection he had made but came back with nothing - he supposed his son didn't count considering how their Bond had been forged. He would have counted the Jedi on Vornu but he also knew that the only connection their Order wanted with him (and his son) was a lightsaber to their necks; a plan that they had already tried to exact once before, it was a blur to him or maybe he was afraid to remember it - he was aware of his sons views on what had happened that night. It was a reasonable assumption to make, especially considering the boy had already disliked him from the day they had met.

Taking out his pipe from an inside pocket, he started to smoke his spice once more - the events of the last few hours had him unable to indulge in his drug of choice. The waves of his apprentices rage had lessened to the point he could no longer feel it through their bond, but the connection had already adversely affected him even during the fight with Lilith, he had wanted to end her and watch the fear in her eyes grow as she worked out her fate for herself. He'd even had an idea since the battle, what would happen if he did what he had done to that machine - but to a person? Something to test later on... someone else, he'd already told this one he didn't want to kill her.

"Really? You're asking me why I'm here? I assume you had some idea since you were trying to avoid me," he replied, in all honesty he didn't think about the questions he had been planning to ask as he had needed to concentrate on his rather observe method of finding this girl without killing her in the process. It was harder than he made it seem, especially with the energy she gave off, now she had revealed herself he could feel it properly and it made his mouth water. "or has it become a little too real for you and your 'games'?"

"You'd be surprised what people have time for." She smiled, crossing her arms and let her cat ears shift to the side as she thought she heard something but it was likely nothing. Her sensitive ears catching phantom sounds that she learned to mostly ignore but this one made her slightly paranoid. She didn't show, and wouldn't as she learned not to show when she was afraid, fake it till you make it. Worked already as her heart began to calm down and ears shifted back to it's most natural position and camouflaged with her hair.

She watched him take the pipe from his pocket, she casually moved her hand to her pants pocket and pulled out her red framed glasses and placed them on her face. Lettings her glasses do the work for her eyes now instead of the force and getting cybernetic eyes didn't appeal to her, nor did surgery. "Don't take it personally Gil-ch, I avoid everyone. I don't have the slightest clue what your intentions are."

She moved hands into her vest pockets after making sure her narrow frames were on properly and lightly stroked the objects inside, to busy her fingers and observe his mannerisms. Her nose picking up the strong scent of the spice and promptly exhaled through her nose to push the scent from her nostrils. "Most who try to find me either want to kill me, be my friend, or want to buy information from me and it's usually the first one. Very few want to find me so they can take me home because they think I'm their pet cat and I'm pretty positive you don't think I'm your pet cat. Nor do I think you want to be my friend or buy information from me after what transpired so that left one option by process of elimination."

She shifted her head to the side, looking at him curiously. "Kidnapping could be possible, you're pretty cute I wouldn't mind it but don't know what use I'd have for you unless you have a use for skills which I don't think you know what those would be....so maybe you want to eat me?" She said, giving him strange look. "But I guess that would go with killing me so, I don't know. Could even be here to ask me on a date because you are so impressed with my ability to get people in one location. I'm just throwing words out now so you can stop me at any point by the way." She said, giving an amused look as she was actually rambling her thoughts because he made her nervous but her voice remained confident despite that.

"Punishing me for being a terrible person could be the case too..."s he said, looking away from him now with a nod, a semi-serious expression on her face as she seemed to be having fun coming up with different possibilities now. "I hope it's kidnapping, this place is boring. You know how painful it is to be on this planet for so long?" She shook her head, thinking about her home planet now...which made her wonder. "You know, is a planet considered a home planet just because you were made in it or because you consider it a home? I've always wondered. What do you think? Man I'm talking to much, I'm going to shut up now."

Re: Hide and go Seek (Amon/Lillith/Gil)

Postby Amon Fallenstar » Thu Apr 05, 2018 12:07 am

She was right on one thing.

She did talk a lot. Good grief. Gil-ch felt the affects of the spice as he found a feeling of lightness possess him and felt as if his spirit was trying to leave his body, he understood why people said that this feeling was like that and as someone who had had their spirit leave their body more than once, they were onto something. However it luckily missed the other two common sensations when that happened, pain and cold - you'd think that when you died you'd be at least numb, but no, cold as death. Well, he supposed that was a given. Man this new spice he'd bought was stronger like the guy said.

He took another long drag as he noted she wasn't a fan of the smell, good, if he wasn't going to kill her at least he could make her feel as uncomfortable as she'd made his son. It was the least he could do since he didn't kill his would be assassin, that gave him a good question idea, he should ask that one. Which one again?

"Fuck, I lost my train of thought," he said, less to Venom and more thinking out loud, he squinted at her for a moment as he observed the person in front of him - she'd produced glasses from somewhere, couldn't she just use the Force to enhance her sight? He supposed having that constantly active was taxing, probably wasn't worth it if you didn't have enough power in reserve. "I can see why people try to kill you though," he said conversationally barreling away from his forgotten thoughts, "You're a tricky one, more so than a lot of others I've met. Luckily I have an... affinity for this sort of thing." Her comment about him wanting to eat her was strange, unless she was still flirting with him - well he knew that she was but he also wasn't sure if she'd caught onto something or if she was being crass. "Had a Hawkbat once, never a cat though," he recalled his lost pet, it had tried to shit on one of the Dark Council members and had paid for it - but how many Hawkbats could say they were killed by an Emperor? Not many he'd wager.

"I know you fancy yourself some sort of oracle," he told her straight, he'd overheard what Nep had told Amon about her encounter with this woman before he had left, she called herself 'the Eye' which really could only mean that she had some sort of vision ability to go with her stealth. What she told him about her business in information also made that far more likely unless she just used her stealth to hide in the area like a fly on the wall. If that was the case however, he'd not have found her this far from the factory - she wasn't so fast that she could get here from there before he did. Either way, Nep had confirmed she'd been somewhere else with this woman while the fight had gone down. "You know how many other people there are out there who call themselves 'the Eye'? At least two others, how does that happen can't you see that coming?" he paused to take another drag, blowing the cloud of smoke into the sky as she rattled off her thoughts on planets and being kidnapped.

"You don't sound like you need to be kidnapped," he stated, was she trying to hint at what he thought she was? A strange way to play it given the fact she had almost gotten Amon killed, he wondered how that encounter would go, it might be worth it just for the spectacle. "Why would you need to be kidnapped to leave anyway? I'm sure stowing away on any ship wouldn't be a problem," she must have another angle if that was her only claimed motivation, "Besides, I don't think you'd like to be stuck in a confided ship with my apprentice that you almost killed, he's a bit of a grudge bearer and does have a lot of time; then again if this was a kidnapping, it wouldn't really matter what you thought." Gil-ch agreed nodding slightly, he still didn't fancy the idea of taking some stealth savvy stranger back to his ship however. "I like to think I'm pretty open to ideas, so maybe I could be convinced? Depends what's in it for me."

Then his tone changed to one of expectation, "But first, you were going to tell me all about your games."

She felt amused, her anxiety lessening as she listened to him speak, as she wondered if he was high. It oddly made her feel better but she wasn't going to let her guard down. He was strange, she is not in a good spot with him and her flirting was the only thing keeping her calm as it was more for her than for him. Just helped she had a lot to go with, tall, long hair pretty eyes and not trying to kill her...yet. the yet, always tricky, trusted him as far as she could throw him which is very far or not at all depending on what form she chooses but in her current one, not at all.

Tricky? Was she tricky? She didn't consider herself much of a trickster, perhaps a tad manipulative but she was always honest. She hasn't lied to any of them, she didn't need to. She always said what she meant and meant what she said without any tricks. So what made her tricky...perhaps the only trick is being able to hide like she was, if that made her tricky then sure. She was tricky, but otherwise she just couldn't agree with his assessment but he didn't need to know that. The less he knows about her personally the better, she didn't trust anyone enough to actually know her; not that anyone was interested in knowing her anyways.

"Hawkbats are cute." She commented, shifting from her thoughts and listened to him again and gave him a very confused look for a split second that switched back to amusement when he assessed her as an oracle. She was no oracle, she didn't get some divine vision and she wouldn't want that at all. However, she had no issues with correcting his thoughts of her, who was she to burst his bubble? She shrugged at his question, on her seeing that coming. "'No one said it was unique." She grinned, as she just grabbed the title to give Nepenthe so she had something to call her because she was use to being called anything but her real name.

His change of tone prevented her from correcting his thoughts on her wanting to be kidnapped. She didn't, but she had a preference of all the possibilities because it wouldn't be expected in comparison to all the others. It would have been interesting in fact but life was too predictable and logical to be interesting.

"What about my games? The point of them? Their names? How I choose the players? I could be here speaking late into the night if you want to know everything. They are just games I come up with at the time to learn about my targets or make a show of someones failure...or success." She shrugged and started to walk away, "I hope you can walk and talk."

Walk and talk huh? He wondered where exactly she was planning on walking with him, did she have friends? Well, if she was planning on leading him into a trap or something at least he'd be able to work out his frustration before it was over. Hopefully. But it had been a very long time since he had had a stimulating fight, he often wondered if his son would become strong enough to challenge him - he hadn't found someone with the skill set his apprentice was assembling in a long time.

Deciding to humor the small woman, he knew that this could be a plot to slip away; he considered walking a pace behind her knowing better than to go in front where he couldn't see her. However with how complete her stealth was her dashing away could cause problems if he didn't want to harm her when she tried. "Of course, can't let you get away now can I?" he asked as he came to her side and locked an arm with her own at the elbow and fell into stride, if he held onto her physically even if she disappeared he could keep his hold on her even if he moved normally.

"So you've never seen a Hawkbat," he commented, he had loved that creature but it's reptilian body and weathered features made it look like some sort of... well, an intimidating bird of prey. Which was really what it had been, something he did keep in mind when dealing with it and something he wondered if his son was keeping in mind with his own pet - especially after his experience. "Don't be coy girl," he told her as she made a remark about the time her explanation could take as he swept along beside her. "The point, if you must. Why my crew? Who else do I have to pay a visit too? Where did your assassin run off too? You know, the usual questions. I'm sure you've been questioned before, if not, this is how it goes - you need me to slow down?"

"How can I say a hawkbat is cute without seeing a hawkbat?" She asks, looking at him amused after he drew near and locked his warm with hers. The contact unexpected, but not unwelcome as she let it happen. Contrary to popular belief, she was use to being touched but only when she was pretending to be someones house pet. Getting pet was such a nice feeling, but being touched in this form...she couldn't remember the last time she had made contact with someone exactly, but it was quite sometime...a handshake if she remembered correctly. "Unless you are calling me a liar for thinking they are cute. If so I promise I have, they are adorable especially their noses. I just one to boop it and give it a kiss." She grinned, using her finger on her non-locked arm to tap the air when she said 'boop'.

"And I'm not being coy, I'm giving you exactly what you ask for. You said all about my games. Plural." She pointed out, looking up at him as she made a turn down the end of the block and towards the more busy part of the city. She planned to take the most direct route to where his ship was. No one could say she wasn't a lady for walking a man home safely. "That entails more than just what you want to know."

"Anyways, I chose your crew because I recognized Nepenthe's human form on some files I have and I wanted to speak with her to see what she knew. Unfortunately, she lost her memories so made a game out of the situation so it wasn't a waste of a day, plus I had intended to make a game today. I had some other people in mind but luring in someone you know on paper with amnesia is much easier than...well anybody else really." She looks up to him, keeping up with his longer strides without complaint, she just had to walk a faster than normal pace but was fine with that.

"My 'assassin' as you call her is Nepenthe's mom named Lillith if you don't know this already, she's a mercenary for hire. I chose her because I thought it would be an interesting reunion of mother and daughter. As for who else you need to pay a visit too, I certainly have no clue. I work alone, and just know where to get what I need for my games."
She informs, looking back to where they are going and being sure she is guiding him the right direction towards the docks. Her hair moving back over and covering the right side of her face as they walked.

"And as a side note, I've never been questioned because I've never been caught until tonight." She smirked, quite proud of the fact and felt the need to share it. "So you get to be my first, so please be gentle." . She teased, giving her words a double meaning as she took a moment to look at him with a shyly with her large eyes. She held that innocent look for a short moment however, she couldn't help but smirk finding her joke very amusing because of how true it is.

"How did you know he was in danger anyways? Did you follow him?" She asked, a sudden idea popping in her head as she stopped, looked around a monent and guided him a different way, going through an ally.

Re: Hide and go Seek (Amon/Lillith/Gil)

Well she was still wrong about the Hawkbats, their nose was cute? It was basically trypophobia inducing like all holes he supposed really - because that's exactly what their nose was, holes in their face. In fact he had often observed that at a distance they almost looked like another pair of eyes on the front of their face. Regardless, he had been an attractive animal in his own right - large and proud with the strength to back it, he wondered if he should get another? "That's exactly what I was calling you," he told her when she asked if he had been accusing her of lying.

They were making their way through the streets at a pace fitting someone of her size, Gil having slowed his gait to match her own however he had thought about how comical it would be if he lifted her with his one arm and walked like that. The stares would draw attention however, he didn't need that, attention was almost always trouble even when you desired it. She continued with her word play, it made him start to reconsider his testing the theory of his spacial ability on her; trying not to think about that he focused on her explanation as she finally got around to it. The woman had a mouth on her that was for sure.

So that had been Nepenthes mother, he had thought that the similarities were too close even for siblings - the connection had to be direct because even their forms had been nearly identical. He wondered if Nepenthe had similar abilities - if she did then Amon would be having cause for concern he imagined but the boy never took a loss lightly and tended to make his best progress after his pride was wounded. An amused smile played over his lips for a moment as he thought how he must have gotten that from his old man remembering a time he was the same. Maybe he still was, if there was someone who could reveal that to him, that would be... a rare thing.

Becoming aware of where they were, he caught the meaning of her words - considering her self given name it was easy enough to assume that she would have used it to get information where their ship was parked. You could just look at the docking logs for that if you really wanted, they were public record after all even on a planet as rife with corruption as Nar Shaddaa.

There was the flirting again, she really was laying it on thick - was she trying to butter him up to let him on the ship? Ambitious, he'd give her that. But at least according to this one, Lilith was the only other factor here and that wasn't something that he was concerned with anymore - he'd seen the look in her eye, she wasn't coming back anytime soon. While his intentions towards the assassin had been ill intended, he thought about how that was probably the most Jedi way of dealing with the situation - they always did preach that you ideally could defeat your opponents without drawing your weapons. He had drawn his lightsaber though - despite its single use... Eh, close enough.

Taking another heavy drag from his pipe, he blew it out his nose knowing that the cloud would descend into his companions face before putting the device away - they would be back at their ship soon, he might have assumed it was for her own ship but she'd already expressed she didn't own one so that only left the remaining option. It appeared she wasn't at all bothered that all the people she had tried to screw with were there as well, that either was very stupid or very brave - he'd been passively feeding off the woman the entire time they'd been walking, much the way he did with everything in his immediate vicinity; every living thing gave off energy through life's connection to the Force, it wasn't as much a choice as it seemed however since while he could prevent it but it was the lesser of two evils. It told him however that she lacked the strength to challenge the pair she had offended so he decided not to bring it up a second time, he supposed she could just hide and run as she had before anyway if it came to that.

If they had been in a less public place, he might have jumped them the rest of the way to the ship but as it stood he couldn't afford to make a scene like two people vanishing into thin air. Instead he spoke as they kept walking towards their destination, "So you were what? Going to walk me back to my ship and then sneak on with your stealth if I say no? You're optimistic if you think it'd be that easy unless you're banking on your attempts at seduction?" he felt the weight of his necklace as he spoke the last words, the three rings he'd worn in his life hanging there against his chest under his shirt - mementos from the past, shadows on his minds patio of people from before.

"How rude you are calling me a liar. I am quite offended." She says sounding as posh as she could so he would know she wasn't really upset about that, or perhaps cover that she was. She wasn't a fan when someone thought she was a liar, she has seen hawkbats, she just has a 'morbid sense of cute' according to someone she once knew.

"Oh darn there goes that plan." She said sarcastically disappointed, as that wasn't the plan at all but if he thought it she'd be amused...meant he thought she was really dumb or just that sure of herself against him. She guided him to an abandoned park that was nearby the road to the docks, a playground really that was rundown and clearly hasn't been used in years with all the rust that had built up. The backs of buildings with no windows facing the area that had no spectators, an odd thing as if this area as if someone made it like this on purpose.

"No, I was just going to walk you to your ship and go home to never see you again but then I wouldn't be able to sleep at night because I'd be so curious about you so I decided on this instead."

Seduction? Hah! If she used that to get on his ship she would fail miserably, she wouldn't have the slightest idea as to how she should go about that. She has never seduced anyone in her life but she can flirt a storm. Unless flirting was seducing...then she wasn't sure but she wasn't going to admit her inexperience to anyone. Now THAT would be highly embarrassing.

She moved her arm from him, as she felt a tad bit more drained from their walk than she should have been as it made her wonder why. Perhaps an off night, this was a little weird encounter for her anyways. "I want to fight you since I couldn't see you fight Lillith and I know, you'll kick my ass but humor me. We are going to make a little wager out of it." She winked, and took her coat off and started to pull her tank off as at the same time her skin began to change and harden as they seemed to form plates but kept her same figure as if she was wearing a skin tight suit. "Unless you prefer the seduction route." She asked with a pause, giving him an odd look as she had began to unbutton her pants.

She wanted to fight?

Gil-ch wondered what it was with all these people wanting to fight recently. Actually, what was he talking about? People loved to fight, they made war and love like it meant nothing; despite what they claimed and preached about good and evil. Called it complicated so they could sleep at night, 'you can't force people to stop fighting' they often said - but you could, put enough fear into them and they'll fall in line or just kill them all but that kinda defeated the point. He gave himself a mental shake and returned himself to the present from his thoughts, he had often been tempted to wield his power as authority in some form but lacked the desire to actually rule.

"Picking on the high guy, I see how it is," he commented lightheartedly, but in all honestly he wasn't quite sure what to make of this. She didn't quite understand what she was asking of him, he knew what she was looking for but that wouldn't be happening - but that didn't mean he couldn't 'humor her'. He still felt the pang of his denied battle with Lilith, one that she was offering to sooth, it left him tempted to take her offer; he looked her up and down as if sizing her up before speaking again, "you can save the seduction, though I can't say this is a great alternative."

She wasn't going to bet something on outcome of this fight, there was no gamble there and she apparently understood that. So that left the question of what she hoped to gain, the power that he had could only be attained from surviving it whether that be from an event such as the destruction of Malachor or from a practitioner with sufficient... experience. Was that what she was after? He didn't imagine so, the knowledge of the ability was hard to come by and he intended to keep it that way.

"So what's this wager then?"

She gave a short chuckle at his comment of picking on the high guy. No doubt, him being high did not hamper his ability at all. She was sure of that, but it doesn't matter. She wanted to to see what he was made of, as she imagined she was going to regret this wager later but she wasn't going to back off now. She didn't like fighting honestly, they drilled it into her so much she despised it and didn't enjoy practicing. She preferred to just avoid conflict, and direct interaction all together but no one could live like that so easily.

She debated the conditions for a moment, as she didn't want to hamper anyone or give an impossible winning condition. She had to consider that he was going to be a challenge for her if she is lucky. She could also be overestimating him but she didn't want to underestimate him, that could be detrimental. Hmm...perhaps...

She continued to pull off the rest of her clothes and then grabbed her light sabres from their pocket and spun them in her fingers. "If I can cause you pain, I get whatever I want from you, namely knowing all I want to know about you or joining you on your ship to see for myself what you are all about. I haven't decided yet. If you can beat me then you...can do whatever you want with me. Do voice your desires." She offered, hoping he would voice what he wants if he wins.

She not giving him the same winning condition as her because she could turn off all her pain receptors and that wouldn't be fair to him. She did in every fight even though most nothing could get past her skin but there were ways past that if one figured what to do...or had other ways...she had the feeling he had other ways and that frightened her a bit. She wouldn't show it but she did what she needed to at least level the playing field her mind was cooking up that he may possibly be able to do.

She tapped her feet on the ground and rolled her ankles as she waited for his reply, looking cool and non-nonchalant like this was not a big deal at all.

Cause him pain? Well that was a pretty mean victory condition, she was definitely trying to handicap him though with that sort of restriction, however that was quite a vague condition too. Did that just mean she was going to try kick him in the nuts or some other sucker punch? It would suit a tricky girl like her or did she mean the actual pain of being wounded? She hadn't drawn a weapon so he didn't see how that could be it unless she had some sort of tail weapon array too - it seemed to be the theme with people who knew Nepenthe.

"Well that's awfully vague," he commented, not that it mattered, all that it told him was that he needed to not get hit - he was good at that. He'd prided himself on his dexterity before he'd mastered his defensive abilities and so evading an opponent was second nature to him, there was nothing quite like it like riding the edge of a sheer cliff if you did it correctly as any mistake could be the last. He didn't expect it to be that sort of fight however, he hadn't been tested like that in years and that wasn't going to change now.

"I don't need anything from you, don't worry about that," he told her, those sorts of deals were only going to cause trouble later down the line - he didn't like excessive trouble, especially when it was easily avoided. However her reveal of what she desired to learn was simple enough, "So you need to cause me pain and I need to 'beat' you." Now that he thought about it, what did beating her entail? He'd met people who only fought to the death and he'd already said he wasn't going to kill her; well he supposed that whole situation meant that she wasn't one of those people. But that still left the question of what exactly beating her looked like, he guessed he'd find out.

He sighed and rubbed his eyes for a moment, "Alright then, so what you go first? I don't have to knock you out do I? I'd rather not." He had thought about taking his weapon out but that seemed a little extreme since she wasn't armed herself. Maybe even still too extreme even if she was armed, instead he took up stance for unarmed combat - recalling his Echani training to him, it had been a while since he'd practiced the but it was in his blood. Once he'd learned of his heritage during his time with with Axiom, he'd taken time to return to Eschan and learn more about himself, as it turned out his warrior nature hadn't been coincidence and they had taught him all they knew; it hadn't been a short or painless process but for someone who had been to hell and back so many times, it kinda bored him.

He beckoned to her.

"Do what you feel to beat me. if I'm not conscious assume you beat me though." She assured after stretching her ankles and looked to him. Taking note how he has no weapon and just using his fists...interesting going unarmed while she was armed but she wasn't going to worry about the handicap. Probably wouldn't make a difference if he was that confident and was that positive he could beat her without a weapon...talk about a kick while your down. He didn't have to rub it in on how much better he thought he was to her, seriously.

She had to wonder how often he planned to phase and how it worked...the possibilities made her very uncomfortable. At least what she came up with did...she hoped he wouldn't be so cruel. She shook her head, shaking off the nervous feeling and hint of fear at the concepts that formed in her head. She just needed to concentrate on the fight and cause him pain, as she wondered if staring with deadly sight would be too cheap...probably would be. She'd need to avoid using that one if she can for as long as possible.

"Too bad for you, I do have all night." She smiled but despite her words, she moved quickly towards him, even for a force user she moved fast. Her lightsabers humming revealing black and white blades, black on her left making a horizontal strike and white on her right making a vertical. She fully expecting him to dodge back or to the side but wanted to be sure and see how he was going to deal with her light sabres before beginning her surprise attacks on him.

Well that wasn't helpful at all, he had hoped she would give him some sort of guideline but if she wasn't going to then he'd just had to do what needed to be done. He noted the lightsabers in her hand, why was everyone involved with Amons new pet some sort of saber artist? He supposed it made for better sport than normal people, they rarely managed to be entertaining in the slightest unless working together. But her Force attunement worked to his advantage, the more power she used the more he would be able to draw from her and their walk together had left him with a hankering for more.

Her lightsabers were quite something, black and white blades were something he'd seen only one before each; one was some sort of Mandolorian sword if he recalled correctly and then a Jedi who had claimed they had 'pure' kyber crystals had used a white bladed lightsaber. Despite the black color of the other blade however, there was a faint glow, a good thing too because otherwise it would be a pain to see the blade for both opponent and wielder. She tried to use her speed to her advantage as she rushed him, to his eyes she might as well have been moving normally, coming in directly was a bold choice, he'd give her that.

Both of his hands came up, to stop the blades as they came in for their respective attacks leaving them both with their arms occupied as he used this opportunity to aim at heavy kick her exposed torso; letting her weapons go as he did so to allow the force of the blow to carry her whatever distance it would following through on his first attack with another of his own, calling upon the Force himself to augment his speed he seemed to flicker from one place to another as he rushed forward covering the distance between them in the blink of an eye - aiming a palm strike for her throat.

She was quite surprised when he stopped her blades without the use of a weapon and did not dodge. This is quite unfair indeed, no wonder he was rubbing it in her face. How frustrating, however before she could react he placed a heavy kick on her torso, the impact making her lose her breathe but didn't feel the pain of it. He would feel that the impact on his foot was much like hitting a brick, a bit hollow for one but much the same.

She kept her eyes on him as she felt herself get knocked back, she planning to make a quick recovery a short distance away. However, watching him, or attempting to watch him rush forward as he flickered closer told her it would be a waste of time. This is quite the bother, but she was going to take advantage of this. Instead she let herself land on her her ass as once he would come in for a strike she would form spikes on the surface of her armored skin and have them shoot outward as extensions like needles, giving her the look of a reverse pincushion. See how fast he could stop an attack midway or correct it while spikes are lunge toward him from his target in various places.

She hoped it would it would work but at the very least it should get him to back off...hopefully. She wasn't in a good position at the moment and in general she was at a disadvantage. She wasn't going to hit him easily and it seemed most of her force abilities would be useless, he was fast and she was slow in comparison as he had blocked her no problem. How does one go about fighting a superior opponent...cheap tricks probably but the goal was to learn more of how he fights. This was proving educational at the very least but it's not like she expected to hit him anyways but she would still try.

Gil-ch hadn't been expecting more morphing, he hadn't seen the things Amon had against Lilith when she grew other limbs but he hadn't taken his eyes off his opponent as he came in to attack, her going down wasn't at all what he had thought was going to happen but she fell down to the duracrete ground; his attack wasn't going to be at a proper level to strike her now. An interesting evasive decision. If it hadn't been for his Force enhanced vision in the low light, he wouldn't have seen the extreme 'goosebumps' she appeared to suddenly develop - like spikes under her skin, hadn't she claimed not to be tricky?

As they exploded out of her body, his own left the physical plane but he was unable to stop his forward momentum as he had already been moving too quickly, the affect was that as her pin missile attack shot outwards in all directions passing through him and embedding themselves in the first thing they hit; he also passed through her and came to a stop a foot or two behind the woman - her surprise attack had now ended from what he could tell - it reminded him of Amons own lightning ability, hers seemed less sustained though being a rapid projectile based assault instead of energy in a current.

That definitely would have hurt if he had been hit, he'd fallen into a bush of thorns and nettles once as a Padawan, it had not been a fun experience or recovery as he had been riddled with holes and stinging welts. It was however a clever way of subverting his offense - he'd have to keep a closer eye out for whatever other tricks she had up her sleeve; but she was also on the ground now, it would take her more time to get up and left her in exposed. He pivoted on his right foot, bringing his left up and around with a spinning kick aiming for her skull that was now an easy target being at waist height.

She shuttered at the fact he phased through her. Damn him being able to ghost! She forgot about that, and that was going to bite her in the ass later, she just knew it...

She looked at him over her shoulder and noted he caught himself a few feet away and was about to kick her. Her eyes widened at the incoming strike and just went down onto her back and rolled onto her stomach. "You know...you are pretty hot when you are ruthless."

Man she was not going to catch a break with this guy. She needed to wait for an opportunity, though to be fair she could have taken the hit and turn into something else but she didn't know if anything.was coming after that kick. He is merciless.

She would need to wait for his next attack before she could figure out how she was going to get hwr ass up. She being on the completed defensive.

She ended up taking the only avenue of retreat she had - flattening herself further on the ground to avoid his blow to her head. He rode the motion back to a standing position so he was front facing her once more, she had gone completely prone laying flat on her stomach now as she looked up at him and continued with her flirting, she really was relentless. She made no move that he could see to get up however, that was a mistake, the ground was the last place you wanted to be in a fight.

His Echani training told him that the next best step was to grapple her and keep her pinned on the floor until she submitting, however that wouldn't work given the ability she had just demonstrated - assuming she could use it more than once, not a bet he could afford to take given her win condition. The next option was to just leave her alone and allow her to get on her feet, he didn't feel that letting her do that would cause any problems she didn't already represent; but the combat and fast movement already had his blood up, adrenaline ran though his veins and he could feel his instincts screaming through the battle lust as his desire for the conflict he was denied was fed.

Closing in once more, he dipped low and reached out with his hand, his plan of attack clear in his mind. Instantly he was upon her again, his face a still mask of silent intent; reaching for her long yellow and green hair to grab planning to yank her up off the ground and hold it still while he aimed his knee into her face.

She noted his look, he was so battle hungry or very focused. Whatever the case, he was very into this which meant she needed to make this last. For his dake. Maybe he'll be more cooperative if she is does, but who really knew that answer.

She let him get close and lift her by her hair, but that was the extent of it. She she grabbed the back of his hand like one would expect when someone pulled their hair but instead of being distracted by the pain she quickly shifted her feet under her and jumped, angling her head to his face and out of reach of his kneed but at least she was on her feet.

And if that failed to hit him or get him to let go so she could still turn herself into an Umgullian Jelly should she be needing to escape. Being able to break apart from herself and reform is useful. He was in the zone and asking for him to give her a moment was out of the question. Polymorphing has such advantages when dealing with a battle hungry monster to get out of his grasp and put distance.

It appeared that the fight hadn't left her yet, that was good he liked that - his son found it irritating when prey struggled and while he saw the problem, it did make it more fun, he almost wanted to smile. But his temperament wouldn't allow it, to an Echani an hand to hand fight was also a form of expression where words gave way to action and through that action their true expression and meaning was portrayed; when he had first heard it he had doubted it but after his time spent on Eschan, he knew better - you really could talk with your fists if people knew how to read the words.

She was not one of those people, somewhere inside him that angered him for some reason, perhaps an adverse affect of his new connection to his apprentice - a shorter temper. That didn't bode well for him, he had worked hard to attain a level of cool headedness of the years, he didn't need to be backsliding because of some young idiot. Thinking about it didn't help instead he focused on the woman, but in the time he had taken to pause and deliver his attack she had pushed her head up to try and headbutt him, he moved to the side and cocked his arm up and around her neck in a head lock.

Bringing up his knee in a savage uppercut, he hit... ooze? Her body started to come apart, the affect reminded him of one time he'd have a bad batch of spice and had ended up hallucinating for several hours; a lot of large rancors with trunks and his wife was there, her head kept falling off like jelly much like this woman was coming apart. Was the spice bad this time as well? Instead of releasing her however his hunger got the better of him, whatever she was doing and the Force energy she was giving off persuading him to indulge his impulse; darkness seeped from his body through his robes running over the parts of her still on him as they grabbed at her hungrily as he leeched her strength - body and mind. What harm would a little do?

"And you said you weren't tricky..." he purred, as she got away completely putting distance between them once more, but he had gotten a proper taste this time and dark whispers for more tempted him like devils on his shoulders - it wasn't like he was going . The dark fog ran off him in misty waves - gathering at the helms of his clothes, he was glad she had chosen a place where nobody else was coming, a foolish decision on her part really but he had warned her, "But you are tasty..." he added darkly, his voice sounding... different, as if someone else was speaking with him; clearing this throat and drawing one of his lightsabers having backed away - he spoke again, "I suppose we can play your game or is it really mine? I wonder..." With a snap hiss the emerald blade sprang to life in at his side spilling a faint green light across his already green eyes, then followed by another lightsaber ignition sound as his second blade sprang to life in his other hand, crimson as blood. She'd had enough time to recover.

He jumped forward using the Force to power himself as he brought his Sith saber crashing down on her in overhead strikes, which would be followed by his Jedi weapon in similar fashion once he was sure a counter defense wasn't needed.

She looked at him rather confused, feeling a bit woozy but she kept a hold of herself as she could feel something wasn't right for sure when she came together. Watching the darkness that ran off him as it should make her feel uncomfortable but it oddly did not? In fact, it gave her a feeling of sleepiness, she enjoyed sleep almost made her want to lay down and just die. She shook her head, not a good head space to be in right now in the middle of the game. It was her game to begin with it he turned it into his and was making her a chew toy...unfortunate. She should run, he was terrifying like a nightmare, his different tone about her being tasty...

"I never said I wasn't tricky...unless you are reading my thoughts?"
She questioned, using the force to summon her blades too her as she needed to avoid being so vulnerable...some how. He was taking her strength and more from her...why? Sure, he was planning to win but he didn't need to leech from her like this. She was already at a disadvantage as it is...oh well she wasn't going to run or give up although her better judgment told her she should. Hell, running where there were people might even help but she wouldn't...she'd probably die here. Would be one way to beat her... "Enjoy your meal, I hope you'll have a pleasant stay." She smiled, her voiced surprisingly soft, more hypnotic than before and almost seductive.

Her eyes shifted to red as she was tapping into the darker side of the force now, she deciding to at least try and use her deadly sight on him. Tapping into the frustration and irritation of her own inferiority compared to him...as well as other things. She forming a whip like tail as she held him off, deciding to play more defensive as she had been. Egregious mistake on her part for being so forward, as she should have been more cautious like Lillith. She should be more cautious in general but she knew her flaw, at least in this case as she was in general just too much of a forward thinker and not easily distracted from her current thoughts.

She would have her tail block any incoming attacks in the mean time. She couldn't afford to not have a way to defend herself from him at this point. He was draining her, she could feel it now as it was likely what she had felt when she was walking with him here...and he said she was tricky? Look who's talking buddy! She hissed as she would try to push him back with her weapons, two more tails forming at the back as two would be used to attack, one to counter and hopefully get him to back off again but whatever the case she kept her eyes on him.

It turned out that all three of the women associated with Nepethe were basically the same person as far as what they could do, he wondered if this woman also had some sort of familial connection to her. All that meant was that he knew all her tricks now however, it was only delaying the inevitable after all - she said some words, he wasn't listening because he didn't care as he was completely focused on the fight that she had asked for.

The tail she had grown apparently appeared to be lightsaber resistant as she blocked his attacks with it, he could feel her flattering however as he kept attacking, after his first attack that had been blocked he had counted to come in on her side to which she had once more used her tail to stop him. The tail itself was faster than her arms were, however he had no trouble keeping pace - his own strength would have been more than enough but drawing on her own as well compounded the advantage. She mounted offensives of her own with more tails, the Force flowed between them as he expertly deflected them with an ease Amon had lacked but was allowed to the elder Fallenstar through his superior speed and training - his apprentice was gifted with Form III: Soresu, Gil-ch had mastered it.

Defending however wouldn't get him what he wanted, he needed to stop parrying and pivoting her own vicious attacks and switch back to the offensive himself. He rained down attacks faster, switching from Soresu that he was using to assist his defense and into Form VII, Juyo. It had been a seen as a Sith style of combat by the Jedi because of it's focus on relentless, speedy attack - but he had learned it anyway, his master had hoped it would allow him to deal with the anger he felt at his own handicap it had in a way and that was why he was using it now.

His strikes came harder and faster than before as he turned up the heat on the girl, she had wanted a lightsaber battle and now she was getting one; as he attacked his body once again started to flicker as he increased his speed even more - attacking rapidly from completely opposite directions seeming to disappear and reappear with his strikes - mounting the pressure until her guard cracked and he could score a decisive blow.
